The place is near restaurants and other facilities, close to Aviva about a 10 minute walk and bus stops, pubs, supermarkets and lovely town. There is cafe Golden Tulip Cafe offering coffee and treats within 400 metres of the venue.

Modern and beautiful apartment with spacious bathroom and a handy kitchenette. Excellent setting just next door to the parade of shops as well as an SPAR located nearby. Overall very very good stay for a wedding at the Intercontinental hotel over the road.

I was delighted about early check-in. There was kitchenette available, though I ate in restaurants and great bars nearby. Very amiable and extremely helpful staff, I appreciated them all.

We truly enjoyed it, it's lovely place! Staff were efficient and excellent to our requests.

Everything was brand-new, I greatly enjoyed comfy and attractive rooms. Overall the staff was nice and courteous here. Location was great, so close to Rds. It also was so close to Irish, Indian, Chinese and Thai restaurants, and restaurants in Ballsbridge.

It was a great stay for a wedding at the Intercontinental hotel over the road: amazing location and pleasant staff. Appreciated having down pillows, no need to ask for them beforehand. Our accommodation had a designer garden.

Location was perfect with proximity to Rds.

I had a fantastic stay in a lovely hotel located in a very posh area. The rooms were well equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker and the bathroom was of high quality. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the service provided was superb. The location was very convenient, with the DART and bars and restaurants like Rolys just a short stroll away. The hotel was also near the city center, making it easy to explore.

The room was not cleaned daily like in normal hotels, but fresh towels and other amenities could be requested at reception.

Magnificent location just next door to buses in front to center and to airport, and Ireland, and the room was airy. During the stay we used kitchenette and cooked breakfast by ourselves. We asked for wake-up service, everything was good. Staff was efficient and provided us with a laptop-size safe, central heating and an iron.

Everything was brand-new here, appreciated it. Its location was marvellous and incredible, 2 km from Bacon. Plus there were supermarkets and shops nearby.

premier suites exceeded our expectations during our group visit to dublin. from the free upgrade to the spacious apartment, to the friendly and helpful staff, everything was fantastic. the complimentary light breakfast was a pleasant surprise. highly recommended!

parking was tricky.
